Friendly staff and quick service! Job well done!

Friendly greeting, comfortable waiting room and timely service

Early February I had an oil change and got a quote for my front camera to be replaced. Gave the okay to order the camera at that time so I could proceed with the replacement. End of February rolled around without me receiving a call that the camera had arrived, so being curious I called and asked if it had show up yet (this was Feb 29). The person stated the camera arrived the 27th and that yes I should schedule the appointment to replace it. Appointment day arrived and I dropped my truck off at 9am in morning to have the front camera replaced. When 5pm came around and I had not heard from the service department once since I dropped it off that morning, I called to ask if I could pick it up but was told that they had to overnight the part and it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I was transferred to the service manager’s voicemail as I was not content with this information, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Very frustrated at the lack of coordination of parts and service, organization, transparency, and communication. Frankly I feel like I was lied to when I was told the part had arrived.

Jon Harkema, Keagen Geldersma, and the entire staff at Fox Chevrolet, in Caledonia, are always a joy to work with. Very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly.

I’ve always had such a positive experience working with Fox! I’ve brought my car in for work multiple times and recently came in to purchase a new one as well after mine was totaled. Every time, no matter who I talk to or what I’m there for, I feel like I’m completely taken care of and can trust what’s being done. Everyone is friendly, open, quick to respond, and straightforward about what’s going on. It never feels pretentious or like they’re just trying to get as much out of you as possible, like a lot of dealerships feel. It’s such a relief to have a place I can trust with my vehicle!

It's always great service and I love a clean car to go home with.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated Jon Harkema showing me and going over the features of the Chevy Blazer which we are planning to order soon. Also, appreciated the service department working in an oil change and tire rotation for us.
